It is a craft enterprise producing backed products, founded by Chiara and Lorenza Cravero, who have a degree in agricultural and food technologies, a specialised degree course of the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Turin. Their main aim consists of the historical research on the local productions which influenced and improved the standard of living of the rural population. Lorenza and Chiara give a modern rendering of these products without changing the ancient recipes and being very careful about the ingredients, looking for producers who produce according to the processing methods passed down over the centuries (for example: the use of flour from organic farms). Their work-room lies in Levaldigi - Savigliano, a little agricultural town in the province of Cuneo.
