Tasting notes
Colour: straw-yellow with greenish reflections.
Aroma: delicate scents of Spanish broom with fruity and fresh notes of peach, melon and papaya.
Flavour: pleasantly dry with fine, bitterish aftertaste.
To be served very fresh as an aperitif drink. It also accompanies summer appetizers and fìsh or poultry dishes.
