The registration is free and easy, it takes only few seconds and it is a secure way to identify you. We ask you to fill in all the items so that we can send the goods to the right address and person. We will send you an e-mail confirming the registration data, including the pin code and password that you have chosen in the registration process.

IDEANDO manages your personal data according to the Decree Law 196/2003 (Data Protection Act) exclusively for business relations; your consent for the processing of the data, which are supplied during the purchase order and/or the invoice compilation, is not required, since they are collected only for fiscal obligations provided by the national and European law and are used only to allow the fulfilment of the obligations originating from the purchase contract.

The personal data will not be used for business communications or for the realization of marketing researches without the customer’s preventive approval after having read his/her rights (article 7 Decree Law 196/2003) and the informative report (art. 13 Decree Law 196/2003).

ORDER MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION

The orders can be carried out on the website (www.gustibest.com). You have to fill the shopping trolley and follow the guided path that guides you to the purchase conclusion. You only have to click on “add to the shopping trolley” to select the products you want to buy.

Next to the shopping trolley you can see the number of the products contained in it and the total price. If you click on the shopping trolley you can see the list of the products you have chosen whenever you want; you can modify the number of pieces for each item, click on “continue the shopping” to buy other products, or click on “buy” to conclude your purchase.

In order to buy you have to enter your login and password; if you have not them, you will have to register: it is necessary to carry out orders and will not imply the loss of the shopping done.

The last step allows you to choose the delivery address, to write a greeting card if you want and to choose the terms of payment. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will access the website that allows our bank to accept this kind of payment with the utmost security for everyone.

A few minutes after the purchase conclusion you will receive an e-mail confirming the order. In case you should not receive it within 24 hours, please inform us sending an e-mail to ordini@gustibest.com .

Gustibest will execute your order within 3 days from the order receipt (and in any case within 30 days from the day following the one in which the customer carried out the order according to the art. 54 Decree Law 206 dated 06/09/2005); the goods will have already been received by the courier to be sent to the address chosen in the order. It is not necessary to reach a minimum total amount to confirm an order.

It is possible to cancel an order within one hour from the order confirmation sending an e-mail to the address ordini@gustibest.com, specifying your data and the order references.

WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

According to the Decree Law no. 206/05 the customer has the right to back out of the contract without loss and without giving any explanations.

To assert this right the customer must send a message within 10 working days from the date of the good delivery.

This message must be sent by a registered letter with return receipt to the following address:

The withdrawal message can be anticipated (always within 10 working days) by fax, by telegram, telex and e-mail, but has to be confirmed by the registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours.

• The good bought must be integral and returned in the original packet; to limit the damages to the original packet we suggest that you should put it into another box;
• The good bought must be sent to IDEANDO within 10 working days from the withdrawal message
• The customer is responsible for the dispatch until the good is delivered in our store.
• IDEANDO cannot be held responsible for damages or theft/loss of the goods returned with non-insured deliveries
• The return costs are to be paid by the customer

IDEANDO will not pay for the damages to the original packing, but will refund the customer’s total expenses already paid as soon as possible and in any case within 30 working days from the day in which the goods have been received cancelling the debit onthe credit card or by means of a bank transfer. In this case the customer has to provide us with his/her account particulars as soon as possible (codes ABI – CABI – current account of the invoice’s holder).

The withdrawal right is lost if the essential condition, i.e. the good integrity (packet and/or its contents), is not satisfied; this happens when IDEANDO assesses:

• The (even partial) use of the good;
• The absence of the external packet and/or of the internal packing;
• The damage to the product for reasons not due to the transport;
• In the aforementioned cases IDEANDO will return the good bought to the customer, debiting him/her with the delivery costs;
• The withdrawal right cannot be asserted by the customers who buy with VAT number or who are not identifiable as consumers.

WARRANTY

On GUSTIBEST website are sold only top quality and certified products. They are directly bought by the producers, who are accurately selected for their rigorous quality controls; our products are the result of craftwork, which maintains the taste and the refinement of the past. The product essential features are described on our website in the product cards. However, the images and colours of the products could not always correspond to the real ones depending on the Internet browser and on the screen used.

If the product were faulty and inadequate to be consumed, the customer has to inform us within eight days from the delivery by a registered letter with return receipt to:

The product must be returned to IDEANDO (the remaining quantity with its original packet): if the fault is assessed, we will send you another product to replace it. If the same product should not be available, the customer will provide us with his/her account particulars (codes ABI – CABI – current account of the invoice’s holder) to obtain the repayment.

PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

The terms of payment are easy and safe and it is possible to choose between:

Credit card: we accept Visa and Mastercard.

If the customer decides to pay by credit card, GUSTIBEST has recourse to the SSL payment system. When the order is confirmed, the credit card data are transferred by means of a protected connection in cryptography SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to the Auriga Informatica website (the society which deals with the on-line banking services for the circuit of Cooperative Credit Banks) for the authorization and debit. GUSTIBEST will never receive the customer’s credit card number. GUSTIBEST will only receive the credit card holder’s authorization. This practice is absolutely safe and is a security both for the customer and for GUSTIBEST. The cryptography system SSL guarantees that nobody can read the information sent by means of Internet.

GUSTIBEST will never be able to know the customer’s credit card data during the purchase practice because they are directly sent to the bank which carries out the transaction.

PRICES AND INVOICING

IDEANDO will make out a paper invoice for each order according to the art.14 D.P.R. 445/2000 and DL 52/2004; to make out the invoice we will use the information supplied by the customer during the order. The invoice will be sent with the products. All the prices signalised on the website www.gustibest.com include VAT.

The customs duties for the deliveries in countries which do not belong to the European Community will be charged together with the delivery costs. In this way the delivery in these countries will be possible without further debits when it comes to receiving the goods.

DELIVERY AND PACKING

The good delivery is carried out by the courier companies "SDA Express Courier", "TNT Global Express", or “GLS Executive”; the goods will be delivered to the address supplied during the purchase.

When the goods are delivered it is necessary to follow the following instructions:

• To control the packing be integral, neither damaged, nor wet, nor opened;
• To control that the number of boxes and the package external appearance correspond to what signalised in the invoice;
• To verify the sender’s identity and to control the package seals: they must always be characterised by the GUSTIBEST logotype;
• To sign the delivery invoice writing “acceptation with reserve” to protect oneself against possible damages due to the transport.

IDEANDO is not to be held responsible for the damages caused by the courier or by the final customer if the aforementioned operations have not been carried out.
